Bright and comfy 2 bedroom flat with parking & private entrance. Featuring split system air-conditioning, rain shower with digital temperature control and fully renovated kitchen & bathroom. Located in the heart of St Kilda East, the city and beach are within 15-20 minute travel time. Cafe's, shops, restaurants and public transport are all within a 2 minute walk. Professionally cleaned and sanitised for your stay, linen is always washed and sterilised in 90C° wash cycles to highest standards.

St Kilda is close to Melbourne City, and is home to many of Melbourne's visitor attractions including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, the Esplanade Hotel, Acland Street and Fitzroy Street. It is home to St Kilda Beach, several theatres and many of Melbourne's big events and festivals.
