Easy access to public transports, supermarkets, parks, local cafes, and restaurants, you're just 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD. It provides a private courtyard, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedrooms with 3 Queen-sized beds and 2 separate triple bunk beds. Each bedroom features an Air Conditioner, accommodating up to 10 guests. Ground Floor: The open kitchen, living and dining area, laundry room is located on the ground floor. A separate toilet is on the ground floor as well. The laundry is next to the staircase. First Floor/upstairs: · Master bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, A/C and a fully equipped ensuite bathroom with a built-in shower, a toilet and an integrated basin. · The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a built-in wardrobe and A/C. · The third bedroom (lounge room) has a queen size bed and A/C. · The fourth bedroom has two lovely bunk beds for accommodating four kids and A/C. · There is another spacious fully equipped bathroom with bathtub, a built-in shower, a toilet and a double basin vanity unit. upstairs
