If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.
