Important Points -No back yard available, front garden and and deck only available to guests. -You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels. -Strict no party or function policy. -This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc. -Advertisement may include scenery images of our area. This wonderful holiday home has lots to offer for year-round holidaymakers. A stones throw from the Myall River, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, hotel and club. Enjoy the walking paths along the waterfront. It is also just a few minutes drive to both the 18-hole golf course and club house plus the beautiful beaches of Hawks Nest. Polished timber floors, spacious living area which opens out onto the front deck, which is great for entertaining or to just relax after a fun filled day out and about. The kitchen self contained with all your holiday needs, 3 bedrooms with second TV in the main, the bathroom centrally located, double garage plus room for the boat on the driveway.
