Welcome to Broadwater Break, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home blending modern style with coastal charm. Perfect for families or groups, it’s just a few streets from the beach and a short walk to a park. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite, the second a queen bed, and the third is kid-friendly with bunk beds, a couch, and TV. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area boasts raked ceilings. Enjoy a large enclosed backyard with a deck, outdoor dining, and a BBQ. With renovated bathrooms, thoughtful interiors, and WiFi, it’s the perfect coastal retreat. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
