Property information

This great beach house has a front lounge that is so big there is plenty of room for the table tennis table plus a TV lounge area. It has a Rennai gas heater and R/C aircon. The back open plan living area boasts a large kitchen-dining-lounge with sliding glass doors to the back deck with large outdoor dining setting and wonderful family friendly yard space. The generous hostess kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and of course fridge. It has a great island bench with stools for casual meals. The back living area also has a R/C aircon - Note it does not have a TV in the back lounge - and the large dining table has seating for 8. 4 bedrooms allows for great space for 2 families sharing, a large family or even a group of friends away for a golfing or girl's weekend. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 x king singles, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedrooms has 2 singles. All the bedrooms are carpeted. The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet and the main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. The very large laundry has a front loader washing machine and an extra fridge - there are also 2 highchairs and a porta cot. The property is well fenced for littlies and furbabies - there is a large lawn area which is ideal for kids' games, a pergola at the back with BBQ plus the deck with an outdoor dining setting. LINEN: BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) Linen hire available YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but not on the furniture. Please bring your own bedding and towls etc *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies: 1.5% for Visa/MC, 3% for Amex. Located in central Old Lonnie close to the front and back beaches and walking distance to the shopping village, Bowls Club, tennis courts and the New Surf Club is just at the end of the street plus the New Golf Course is also close by.
