The space Bedrooms: Two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other featuring two single beds. Living Area: Unwind in the cozy and comfortable living room, with views over the ocean. Kitchen & Laundry: Fully equipped kitchen with cooking amenities, plus in-room laundry for your convenience. Bathroom: Includes combined bath/shower and a separate toilet. Balcony: Enjoy stunning parkland and ocean vistas, capturing the sunrise and sea breezes. Spot whales from your private balcony during winter months. Amenities: Includes saltwater pool, heated outdoor spa, covered BBQ area, and secure undercover parking with one allocated space. Other things to note Access via stairs only, as there are no lifts in this three-story complex.
