Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this double storey property features open plan kitchen, meals and family area, 4 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You are in the heart of Mandurah with the added bonus of the beach just a few minutes around the corner. You can even BYO boat!

Neighbourhood information

Halls Head, is most certainly, the best suburb in Mandurah region. It has the beaches close by, canals and Leighton Road East/Fairbridge Rd area is so peaceful with the most beautiful walks along the estuary or beach. Many visitors and locals alike love walking to the Mary St lagoon and just watching the boats coming and going from the boat ramp. This is house is on the canals and everyday you can enjoy watching the visiting dolphins playing among the yachts and kayaks. Nowhere else can compare to the views from the back patio! Bring your own boat and you can be off for a day on the estuary or heading to Mandurah for lunch! The beach is a stone's throw away and the city centre and amazing foreshore a quick trip just over the bridge. It's amazing to be able to holiday here! Got to be heaven on earth!
