Our unit is in a small development just out of Dunsborough town. It has it's own private outdoor area with the main living areas looking in to the beautiful Australian bush. New 3x1 fully self contained, split level villa in bush setting. Quality furnishings throughout - including a spa bath. Private outdoor area with BBQ, outdoor dining and umbrella. Great location - just a lovely short stroll to the town centre or to Clancy's Fish Pub for lunch. Throw in a beach towel and you have all you need for a great holiday in the beautiful Dunsborough/Yallingup area. Queen Bed x 2, single beds x 2. Linen provided. Reverse cycle Air Con. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven & hot plates, full size fridge, Nespresso coffee machine. BBQ. Wash machine, dryer, ironing facilities. Hairdryer. TV x 2, DVD x 2. Carport. Plenty of cupboard/storage space throughout. Please note the unit does have stairs (6) Bond required refundable on satisfactory checkout.
I have lived in this beautiful part of the world for the past 20 years. My loves are family, friends, food, wine and amazing beaches. I am extremely fortunate that all of those things are in abundance right here on my doorstep.
Dunsborough is a beautiful little tourist town and is part of the Margaret River wine region. The town is very close to the beach and there are many beautiful beaches within a short distance of the town. There are also many wineries, restaurants and galleries in the area.
