King bed in main bedroom and 2 large singles in the 2nd bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities (incl washer and dryer) offers the practicalities of home, and the reverse cycle air conditioner and cosy log fire for cooler evenings keeps guests comfortable all year round. Outdoors, Villa 3 has a beach shower, rear courtyard and a compact entertaining deck complete with a mains gas connected BBQ. Nestled between Villa 2 and 4, you can enjoy your friends or extended family during the day and relax in the privacy of your own fully self contained villa at night. A sanctuary to recuperate & escape the stresses of everyday lifeset up for couples and families (sleeping 4) and only 3 min walk to the Blairgowrie Village with the bars, restaurants, shops & Bay.

Neighbourhood information

Blairgowrie is located on a thin strip of the Mornington Peninsula, facing Port Phillip in the north and Bass Strait in the south, nestled between the popular beach resorts Sorrento and Rye. Blairgowrie boasts a charming shopping village, situated opposite the bay beach, featuring a gourmet supermarket, speciality shops, restaurants and cafes. Calm and safe sandy beaches front onto Port Phillip which are popular with swimmers and families. Also fronting Port Phillip is the extensive Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron boat harbour which is a hive of water craft activity. Spectacular walks and scenery can be enjoyed in the Mornington Peninsula National Park which runs along the rugged Bass Strait coastline. There are numerous walking tracks along cliff tops, through sand dunes and down to the beaches below. The Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Springs, and world class golf courses, wineries and breweries are only a short drive away.
