**As The Host - Harris Holiday Rentals Payment Schedule Overrides the Booking dot com Payment Schedule** PAYMENT TERMS: In order to secure a booking, 50% of the total booking value is to be paid at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to your stay. If a booking is not paid in full. 14 days prior to Check-In the booking will not be held. If your booking is made within 14 days of your Check In date, then the total is due upon confirmation. All payments are processed securely via credit card transaction using Stripe online payment gateway. Once the guest credit card payment details are received, payments will be automatically charged as per the afore-mentioned timing. SECURITY BOND: In addition to the booking total, a credit card authorization hold will be held against the guest's credit card as a security bond. The bond hold will be implemented 1 day before Check In and automatically released after 7 days, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. If a booking is longer than 7 days duration, the authorisation hold will be released after the checkout date, providing no damage, breakage and/or additional cleaning fees are reported. The amount of the bond is between six hundred dollars and eight hundred dollars depending on the booked property. If we are unable to process an authorisation hold on the guest credit card, we cannot give out the keys on check in. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will be refunded the full amount paid minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. Guest cancellations between 14-30 days before booking commencement will be refunded 50% of the total booking minus a 2.08% Stripe merchant fee. If a guest cancels within 14 days, there is no refund. If the guest decides to leave early after check-in. the nights not spent are not refunded.

2 car parking with internal door leading inside property. Plenty of off-street parking. Downstairs layout: The second living area at the front of property enjoys lovely ocean views. Plenty of seating, electric blinds, large TV in the living space ready for movie night or playing games. A kitchenette with a bar fridge and 7ft pool table convertible to air hocky table, table tennis dining table. Glass sliding doors leading out to back undercover entertaining area overlooking backyard which is grassed & fully fenced. There is a BBQ & large dining table. Ducted heating & cooling throughout. Bedroom 3 has beautiful ocean view with queen bed, electric blinds & built-in robe. Bedroom 4 with garden view has 2 king single beds & a built-in robe. The main bathroom has large bath, shower & toilet. Laundry with washing machine & dryer as well as second toilet. Upstairs: Sweeping views, don’t forget to pack the wine. There is a large open plan living, dining & kitchen area. These areas are light & bright with the living area having gas fireplace. Comfortable seating & a large TV. The dining area seats 12 people around large table whilst the kitchen has induction cooking, oven, dishwasher, butler’s pantry, plenty of bench space, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, Delonghi coffee pod machine, island bench. Glass sliding doors leading to the undercover entertaining area. This area has large table & 12 chairs. Master bedroom has king size bed where you can admire the views whilst laying in bed. Electric blinds, walk in robe, ensuite & a balcony for morning coffee while taking in the view. Bedroom two has queen bed & built in robes. Upstairs main bathroom has shower, vanity & toilet. Wi-Fi, Linen & Towels Included. No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties or Events. lift is not available for guests use. There are 3.5 bathrooms. The property sleeps: 8 people
