Private 3 storey modern beach villa with 2 car undercover garage. Centrally located, just 250m (one block) to Miami Beach and beach cafe Piccolo’s. Short stroll to BSKT cafe and Nobby’s precinct. Walking distance to other amenities such as Miami One Shopping Plaza, Coles, Dan Murphys and Miami Tavern. 3km to Burleigh Beach. Close to public transport.
I love being able to share my Beach-side Villa with guests to enjoy. I live close-by for any last minute needs to enquiries and try to respond quickly to all requests. I love being by the beach and I hope my guests enjoy the relaxed, private, beach-side environment.
Walking distance to beach (200m), Shopping complex (500m) (Dan Murphy's, Coles, ALDI, sushi train, pharmacy, Cafes), Walking distance or short drive to Burleigh Heads (3km) along the beach pathway.
