CBD Townhouse is a Tag Walters architecturally designed open plan home from the 1960s. Located in the CBD and a short stroll to the beach, it features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. CBD Townhouse has a historic overlay with the City of Warrnambool. Once a permanent home, it has been fully restored and is now a comfortable and centrally located townhouse open for guests.
