Central City Exclusive Apartments are stylish and comfortable one-bedroom with balcony apartments featuring spacious accommodation. The apartments have a bedroom, separate living room and a balcony with views of the city. A crib is also available for an infant. Our one-bedroom apartments are almost twice the size of many studio apartments that are offered in the area (Perth central business district). They are well equipped with everything you would need. Parking is available in many nearby car parks and street parking is free from 6pm to 8am.
I am the owner/manager of Central City Exclusive Apartments. I aim to provide very comfortable accommodation for my guests as I want them to be happy. I am available to help with enquiries when required. I enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and meeting them where possible.
These centrally-located apartments are across the road from Perth Concert Hall, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower, shops, Perth Arena, Royal Perth Hospital & more. They are within the free bus zone with buses on the doorstep. They are close to many cafes and there is a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor and the Hula Bula Bar in the basement.
