This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is perfect for families or friends sleeping 5 x guests, offering a cosy retreat in a prime central Noosa Heads location.  The complex has a family-friendly, solar-heated in-ground pool that is partially shaded by palm trees, offering a pleasant environment to relax. Enter the property through the outdoor covered seating area, through the glass sliding doors, and into the open dining and kitchen. Unique white brick walls are featured throughout, and herringbone timber flooring runs across the lower levels. There is seating for 5 in the dining area, plus additional seating at the coffee table and breakfast bar. The newly updated kitchen has all the essentials to prepare and cook meals throughout your holiday. Take a few stairs down into the lounge room, which has a sofa and 3 armchairs, a Smart TV with DVD player, and a large selection of films. Soft and warm wall lighting offers a relaxing atmosphere, and large sliding doors open onto a small balcony area, which is great for letting in the fresh air. Take the stairs to the third level, where you will find the first bedroom with 3 single beds, a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony. Next door is the main bathroom with a shower and full laundry facilities. Take a few more stairs up to the top level to the main bedroom, which features a queen bed, 2 built-in wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking the pool. The ensuite has a corner shower. There is a garage for one car. Split system air conditioning is in each bedroom and the dining/kitchen area, which spills air into the lounge room to cool right through the property.
