You will be so pleasantly surprised when you enter my lovely renovated two storey house located within a 10 minute walk to the beach or to the shops and tavern. Alternatively, take a walk to the Lobster Shack for lunch or to Seashells Cafe for coffee overlooking the bay. This is the perfect house for a short or long term stay. Enjoy drinks & a BBQ on the back patio which is well protected and overlooks a huge, grassed back yard where children can play. There is also a grassed front yard, as well as plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS & BATH/BEACH TOWELS. Downstairs there is 1 x queen size bed in one room, 1 x single bed & 1 x king single bed in the other room. Upstairs there is 1 x Queen size bed in one room & 2 x single beds in the other room. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED IF THEY GO UPSTAIRS. There is a fire flue that gets hot, and easily accessible windows. There is only the two bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 2 x toilets/bathrooms, lounge, kitchen/dining, laundry. THIS PROPERTY IS SELF CHECK-IN I send an email with all details approximately 3 days prior to check-in.
I love my family holiday home in Cervantes. It has been in our family for over 20 years. I also love the surrounding area, and provide a guide book to assist you find everything you need and discover places.
