Property information

This architect designed home takes full advantage of the stunning coastal outlook to the main surf break, accommodating two families in absolute comfort. There is plenty to celebrate when staying at Champagne House! Enjoy early morning coffees on the balcony as you check out the surf, take a leisurely stroll across the road and you're on the beach, kick back on the balcony or in the lounge room and watch the sunset across the Indian ocean. The main living area is on the upper level, maximizing the views with floor to ceiling windows right across the front of the house, with a protected alfresco area for outdoor dining. An extended terrazzo bench and sliding window from the kitchen forms a convenient servery to the balcony BBQ area - the perfect spot for summer entertaining. The four bedrooms, three bathrooms and children's activity area are all located on the lower floor, which is separated into two family sleeping areas for the privacy of guests. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout, however the house offers an open fire for cosy winter evenings, when you cat sit and watch the wild surf roll in! Few Yallingup houses have both the views and the proximity to the beach that are offered in this fabulous beach pad. Neighbourhood information

Yallingup is an iconic South West coastal town. Famous for it's surf and spectacular elevated Indian Ocean views towards Sugarloaf Rock in the north and Canal Rocks in the south. Yallingup Lagoon provides a beautifully, sheltered swimming area and the long sweeping beach is bordered by the pristine bushland of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. Ngilgi Cave is nearby, and historic Caves House is located at the top of Yallingup hill. Lagoon cafe and restaurant is located near the beach, and you are close to many wineries, boutique breweries, art galleries and cellar doors. Yallingup is also close to Smiths Beach and Injidup Beach, and less than a 10 minute drive from the township of Dunsborough.
