    Perfect location for anyone needing to be close to the major hospitals. Great sized apartment, kitchen was great. Plenty of food nearby. Opposite railway station but the trains were really quiet, area as a whole was quiet.

    We will definitely stay here again, the place is exceptionally clean and well presented. If I had to make one suggestion it would be to put hooks in the bathrooms as there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Apart from that, perfect!

    Overall a great property. Plenty of room. In fact we were sold 14 & 14a but didn’t even need to have 14a as enough space in 14 so we didn’t even use 14a so that was a waste of money

Property information

Brand new terrace apartments. Located on Grinsell Street near Newcastle. Extremely close to the John Hunter Hospital, Mater Hospital, Newcastle Private Hospital and Westfield Kotara. Guests can customise their bed requests and choose between king beds or two single beds per bedroom. Our standard setup in a three bedroom is two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Our deluxe apartments are decorated and include live plants, artwork, colour coordinated plates and cups, and a few cute surprises. Deluxe apartments also include digital alarm clocks in each bedroom that double as wireless chargers for compatible smart phones. Each master bedroom in our deluxe apartments comes complete with walk in closet and seating area with mirror. Deluxe apartments have an upstairs lounge with two person leather sofa, reading chair, and flat screen smart TV. Standard apartments have minimal decoration, and a study nook upstairs between bedrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Picturesque tree-lined streets, plenty of parks and recreational facilities, thriving local shopping strips, easy access to major roads and public transport options, and some of the most highly regarded schools in the region, New Lambton ticks all the boxes when it comes to liveability. 2 Kilometres from Westfield Shopping Mall, and close to John Hunter hospital. Spanning an area of 5.5 km² and just six kilometres west of the Newcastle CBD, the suburb is steeped in history having its origins as a coal mining township established by brothers James and Alexander Brown in 1867. During World War II, New Lambton Public School was requisitioned by the government and used as No. 2 Fighter Sector Headquarters. In recognition of this, the school was granted permission in 1995 to fly the Royal Australian Air Force Ensign and is the only school in Australia allowed to do so.
