Chapman Hill Estate, in picturesque Bovell near Busselton Golf Course and a 5-minute drive to town, offers a luxurious rural retreat. Accommodating up to eight guests, it features four bedrooms, a theatre room, office, outdoor shower, and a spacious living area with Foxtel. The fully equipped kitchen, alfresco dining, and breathtaking farmland views add to the charm. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
