Quite cul de sac location, large property with gardens and outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, wood fire , fridge freezer and seating. There is ample secure parking , boat trips available on request, diving, fishing, or sightseeing around Perth and Rottnest Island
Nathan has been hosting international and national visitors for the last 5 years, he is an outgoing character, with great knowledge of food, wine, diving, fish and chartering boats for 30 years. He is a semi retired lecturer and loves people. He is a mater craftsman in wood work and the property hosts some of his unique wood skills
Quiet, family friendly area, where we know each other. Close to Joondalup shopping centre and the main train line to Perth CBD. Close ECU university and the police training academy
