Property information
A contemporary three-bedroom home with modern amenities. Ideally situated in the heart of the village with close proximity to the beach, creek, bowling club, and the new shop (opening 2023). Mobile reception is patchy in Hat Head, however the home has NBN connection and Wi-Fi available and a smart TV in the lounge room to keep the family and friends entertained.
There is a dishwasher, BBQ area at the rear, an outdoor shower and two additional TVs in the bedrooms. Linen is provided. The home gets a lovely sea breeze with windows opened, and in addition there are fans in the living area and each of the bedrooms. It is an ideal holiday getaway in the warmer months, or anytime of the year.
Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds, and the other two single beds. There is also a ‘sleep out’ in the garage equipped with a double bed and its own bathroom and toilet.
There is ample space out the front for your cars or boat, or simply to sit, relax and watch the world go by.
