Inside, the main living area centres around a spacious sectional sofa, ideal for relaxed film nights or quiet downtime. Toward the rear, a second sitting nook offers a single sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements and a dedicated desk for remote days. Nearby, a small sunroom features board games and kids’ toys, creating a cheerful corner for families to connect and play. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, and a central island, ideal for casual bites. The adjacent dining table seats six comfortably, inviting long, easy meals together. After dining, step onto the undercover patio to unwind on the cushioned outdoor seating, sway gently on the tree swing to catch ocean glimpses, or gather around the fire pit as the backyard glows at dusk. When it's time to rest, three bedrooms offer a peaceful night’s sleep, each fitted with blackout blinds and ceiling fans. Two rooms feature queen beds, while the third includes two single beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower services the home, complemented by a powder room for added convenience. A private laundry with a washer supports longer stays with ease. Comfort is maintained throughout with central air conditioning and heating. A high chair and a portacot are available on request. Off-street parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway, with free street parking available nearby. Please note that the sofa bed in the second lounge is along the hallway and not enclosed from the rest of the house. 100AUD charge applies for guests bringing pets.
