Queensland style unit, with a very rustic look on outside but freshly painted on in-side. The fully furnished unit has its large queen bedroom and a lounge room plus bath, toilet and a kitchenette. No stove. Quaint and homely, full of character on the Hill with city views. Bath tub in shower so please advise if this will be an issue to step into the bath. Single Luxs offers a bed with views of city kitchen study area and private bathroom and plus kitchenette great large area very spacious. Local residents will be required to pay a security deposit on top of the room fees. This does not interfere with the damage deposit that Booking . com requires and will collect in the event of any damages caused to the property. This is to ensure that our strict no partying policy is adhered to and to ensure the safety of other residents and guests.
quiet and spacious close to city. The beach very handy to all events 5 minute walk to Stadium is close.
