Country style home with a beautiful self contained guest suite. Two queen size beds, living room, fridge, kitchenette, pool. The bedroom has windows looking out over the pool and surrounding bushland. 
The living area is spacious and has the second bed petitioned for privacy with a folding screen room divider. The rest of this living area has a lounge, coffee table, dining table and a kitchenette.

 The kitchen has a sink, full size fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, electric cooking pan dining room table . 
 The suite has its own private ensuite bathroom and its own private entrance so you can come and go at your leisure.
 OUTSIDE: -Large grassy property (with surround sound birdsong!) 
-magnesium pool and lounges
 -Ample space for parking
 -Water dam -rain water tank feeds the house 
 -private deck for suite guests

 We have been fortunate to travel to all corners of the earth and feel privileged to now call the hinterland of Doonan home. Come experience the tranquility and beauty of this special property and surrounding area.

 -10 minute drive to Noosaville river
 -5 minute drive to local grocer 
-good jumping off spot for Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island and the North Shore. Such beautiful country around here!
