This property allows 1 pet per stay free of charge. Any additional pets will be at the discretion of the host, and may incur an additional cleaning charge.

Included in the accommodation cost is firewood for one evening (approximately 6/8 logs of wood). Guests will need to purchase further firewood as required.

This property is fitted with external cameras on the facade of the home, which is recording movements into and out of the home front and side doors.

A pool service team may attend the property during your stay for a regular clean and service. * Solar heating for pool is on from the start of November to end of April each year. Pool cover on and solar completely off, no use of pool during this time.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
