Enjoy a well deserved break in the Hinterland and escape to Cockatoo Hideaway. A secluded 2 bedroom cottage nestled in 10 acres of quiet bush land near Lake Baroon and only a short 8 minute drive from the main street of Montville. Why not explore one of the great bush walks or the national park which the property adjoins. Its the perfect place for a getaway for a family or a couple looking for a quiet and very private place to relax.
Featuring both a larger cabin and small cottage, the property is perfect for the entire family to enjoy a getaway.
Cottage: As you walk through the front door into the open plan lounge, new kitchen and dining area you find the cottage is modern and clean with new furnishings. From there you will enter into the first bedroom (queen bed) where you will find access to the second bedroom (queen bed) and also the new bathroom. (There is also a fold out bed available for a 5th guest if required).
Cabin: The larger cabin is conveniently located just next door and is connected via a large entertainment deck.
The rustic cabin features a cozy living area with fireplace and a well equipped kitchen on the lower level. The lower level also features a bedroom with a queen bed and a modern bathroom.
The upper level features three additional queen beds in the shared loft style room.
The property is located within a forest setting and offers peace and quiet as you enjoy a spectacular getaway.
