This spacious apartment includes lift access and secure underground parking for one car. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning will be welcomed after a day of exploring our exciting city. The Stunning open plan kitchen with granite bench tops and top quality appliances has everything you need to cook up a storm. Walk out onto the spacious balcony to take in the spectacular mountain sunset with a glass of wine or just enjoy watching the goings on in the city.

Neighbourhood information

This immaculate high end apartment is located within minutes walking distance to the centre of Hobart. A 5 minute walk will find you at the iconic Salamanca waterfront area with its selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. On the doorstep you’ll find the Theatre Royal, Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra and the Tasmanian Museum and Art gallery. Transport isn't needed to access the city's nearby venues as we are a mere 5 minute walk from the city centre. We are just a stones throw from the MONA ferry, Red decker bus stop, Hobart Tourist info centre, Salamanca Market and the Brook street pier.
