Inside this spacious 4-bedroom, two-storey beach house, you’ll find light-filled interiors and an open-plan upstairs living area designed for easy entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and ice maker. Relax on the huge sectional sofa, or step onto the expansive deck to enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the Coorong to Granite Island. Dine alfresco at the outdoor table for ten or lounge on two large sofas, soaking up the scenery. For comfort and entertainment, the home features split system air conditioning, ceiling fans (Bedrooms 1-3), and a pillar fan (Bedroom 4). Stay entertained with big-screen TVs, Netflix, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. Fire up the electric BBQ, use the washing machine, or unwind in the games/rumpus room stocked with books and board games. A carport provides parking for two vehicles. Bedroom Configuration (Sleeps 10, 9 Adults and 1 Child): • Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) • Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) • Third Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) • Fourth Bedroom: Single/Single Bunk Bed* and a Double/Single Bunk Bed* (Sleeps 4, *top bunk not suitable for an adult) The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. The fully fenced yard, with a height of 5ft at its lowest point, provides a safe and secure space for your furry friends to roam, complete with a grassed area. No Schoolies bookings. Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
