You will have your swimming pool and the entire (ground) floor by yourself. Your entrance & parking. A charming guest accommodation unit within the city’s peaceful neighbourhood yet central to attractions. 10-15 mins to beaches, theme parks and major shopping malls & restaurants. Comfy beds, luxurious bed linens and towels, and modern furniture. Life is better by the pool.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Guests must adhere to the Council's short-term accommodation and residential neighbourhood rules.
2. Strictly No Party* - Penalty applies (equivalent to closure cost if happens)
3. No late-night group chatting or drinking sessions.
4. Avoid outdoor music & rowdy cheering.
5. Only registered guests are inside.
6. No schoolies & wedding entourage activities
7. Swimming closes at 8 pm.
8. No smoking.
9. Avoid parking in front of neighbours.
