The spacious two bedroom unit is impeccably presented and comfortable. The two bedrooms are spacious and have ample built in robe space. Both have remote controlled ceiling fans/lights and the main has a TV. The queen beds are fitted with electric blankets, mattress/pillow protectors, blankets, quilts and professionally laundered linen. The full bathroom features a bath and equipped with toiletries. The good sized open kitchen features stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave) and is fully equipped. The living/dining room is very generous and has a six seat dining table and comfy lounge with chaise perfectly positioned in front of the brand new large 65 inch smart TV. Off the living is a good sized deck with outdoor seating and BBQ. There is a study/media room with a small desk so bring your laptop and enjoy the free WiFi. The laundry with washer and dryer is European style found in the garage. No worries about the weather with the attached remote garage with internal access.

The unit is at the end of a quiet and modern cul-de-sac and has a walking path next door which is a short cut to the golf course, Aldi, Woolworths and the main street.
