One bedroom cosy guesthouse with spacious bathroom and kitchenette. Close to lovely walking tracks. Fully fenced private yard with locked gate. Pets welcome. Suitable for baby. Cot supplied The space: The studio has a comfortable sofa, dining table, panel heater and a Queen bed with quality bedding. There is a wardrobe and hangers, iron and ironing board and a fan for those hot days. The kitchenette is equipped with all essentials including small fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer and hot plate. Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. Guest access: Guests will have access to park in the driveway. Fully fenced locked yard and outdoor seating. Other things to note: It is a 15 minute drive to Hobart city and 30 minutes on a bus. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk for some buses and 15 minutes for several buses. Washing machine will be available to use in main house if needed Freezer available in garage to use
