    All the little things - everything was thought through and available. I have never stayed at a home that had a whirlpool, table tennis and pool billiard plus theatre room and also had everything you need and more for a stay.

PETS: Pets are allowed but must have been mentioned during the booking correspondence. Specific information regarding the pet ie type/breed must be given. * Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.  * If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.  * IMPORTANT: This property's back fence is a rural style fence. As shown in one of the pictures it is a wire structure with shrubs and trees lining the boundary. This fence has been reinforced with chicken wire specifically so that dogs can not get through it. However, it is important to note that if your dog is a big jumper they may be able to jump this fence. We take no responsibility for this potential occurrence. ----- GUEST GUIDELINES, CODE OF CONDUCT & INFORMATION STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE. (With the exception of children accompanied by parents) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond. Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am. At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.
