Our dugout is located in a secure, quiet location with ample caravan/trailer parking. Walking distance to the Big Winch 360, Italo club, Drive In Theatre, tourist fun & safe Opal noodling areas.
Inside has a kitchenette and outside has a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, open fireplace and dining area.
The dugout has a spacious feel with high ceilings & offers an open living area with a king size bed, single bed and bath. A luxurious place to rest after exploring our town.
We are pet friendly on request- please supervise your pets at all times. Dogs must stay outside of the dugout at all times. We have a turfed bbq dining area that is enclosed where dogs may stay. We also have a large area out the front of the property where dogs can exercise and play. Please pick up after your pets.
My family & I are long time residents of Coober Pedy with a long history of Opal Mining.
My mum Di and I have been running an accommodation business in Coober Pedy for the past 6 years called Di’s dugouts and are very excited to add Cozy Cave our newest B&B.
I am available 24/7 and happy to help with any additional bookings or questions you may have. I will be here on arrival and can recommend places to visit during your stay as well as dining options and recommendations for booking tours.
Located close to the Main Street, most attractions are walking distance. Park up with your caravan/ trailer in a secure yard while you explore. There is a safe opal noodling area located nearby.
