We have been managing holiday stays since 2018. Currently we manage 24 properties. All properties are private and self check-in. We are not a hotel. 'BnB Host Management' is the Hosting company managing this property and responsible for processing payment. SECURITY BOND: The Security Bond will be pre-authorised on your credit card as an "Authorised Hold" only and will automatically be released 7 days after check-out and after an inspection has been carried out. The Bond will only be withheld in the unlikely event that damage to the property has occurred. Property information

Amazing surrounding views of the Victoria Harbour, Yarra River and City, from the 15th level. Spacious open plan, comfortable sofa & beds. Bedroom 2 has a split zip king bed that can be either 2 singles or a King. Just let your host know your preference. Please note that the pool and hot tub are both in the shared common space within the residential building complex, they are not inside the apartment. BBQ is on the rooftop share terrace. Docklands is a suburb in Melbourne city. Close to the action but in a more laid back location of the city. Just a quick tram ride to get into the thick of the CBD. We are in the free tram zone.
