Relax and soak up the best of the South Coast at Dolphinview! 2 min stroll to the beach; ocean views. This roomy 2-storey house is beautifully furnished and well equipped for a beachside holiday. Perfect for 2-6 people, OK for 8, or even 10 if some are kids. Back yard is fenced and dogs are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and you clean up after them. In fact the same applies to humans! 3/4 Bedrooms with King, Queen and/or single beds all with quality sheets, pillows & doonas. We can discuss bedding configuration before your stay. Please note: the 4th bedroom is a sitting room with a comfy fold-out double bed, but has limited privacy as you need to walk through it to get to the main bedroom. Comfy leather lounge; separate dining room; gas BBQ and outdoor dining on the deck; upper balcony with views to beach; TV/DVD/Foxtel, free wi-fi; lots of music, books, movies, games etc. 2 bathrooms - nice fluffy towels provided. Large well-equipped kitchen with double-door fridge. Laundry and clothes line. Sorry no schoolies bookings - once bitten twice shy!
We love the South Coast, its great weather and empty beaches, its food and drink options, its many things to do! We also like relaxing with a book or a movie, or sitting on the sundeck with a glass of wine.
Denhams Beach is fantastic, small, safe and clean. And usually pretty empty. Its an easy walk around to the bigger Surf Beach which is patrolled and has a shop for burgers and ice cream. Its an easy 10 min drive to Catalina Country Club 27 hole golf course; 15 min drive to Batemans Bay for shopping, movies, restaurants, pubs, mini golf boating... Please remember Dolphinview is in a residential neighbourhood. If you have a very noisy party late at night the neighbours WILL call the police. Unless, perhaps, you invite them...
