Set right on the beach, Dorchester On The Beach features self-catering apartments with a private balcony offering lovely ocean views. Each of the air-conditioned apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and a dining area. All offer a living area with a sofa, free cable TV and a DVD player. Free secure covered onsite parking is provided for one car. All apartments have lift access. A perfect location for a 4 ½ star family holiday, absolute beach front Surfers Paradise with no roads to cross, self-catered 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom beachfront, 4.5 Star or 4 Star apartments, 2 per flr, large living, dining kitchen areas facing Surfers Paradise Beach. Hyundai IMAX do NOT fit in car park. 1.9 mtr max Please be aware that during the month of February 2024 and all of March 2024 the building next to us is being demolished and there will be some noise disturbance during the day.

Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.

The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period.

Please note that renovation work is taking place in the building from 28th July for around 10 weeks and some units may be affected by noise.
