This newly built property, set on expansive acreage, provides an ideal retreat for a family gathering or two families seeking a private, serene getaway. With every room designed to showcase stunning views of rolling green hills, the home offers a tranquil and naturally beautiful environment for relaxation. The residence features five spacious, light-filled bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests, with a maximum of 10 adults and four children. The western wing includes a luxurious queen master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, along with a second queen bedroom, both opening onto a sunlit verandah. The eastern wing offers another queen bedroom and a fourth bedroom with two king single beds, all centered around a beautiful travertine bathroom. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom, equipped with four king single beds and two trundles, provides a cozy space with views extending to Mount Tianjara. Dormy Park’s heart is its open-plan kitchen and dining area, where guests can gather around a custom-built 14-seat dining table. The gourmet kitchen, fitted with modern appliances, invites shared cooking experiences, while the stylish lounge area, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and smart TV, offers a cozy spot to unwind. Outside, the property boasts a fantastic entertaining area with a gas Weber BBQ, a large timber pergola, a swimming pool, and a fire pit, providing the perfect setting for both summer and winter relaxation.
