A new listing through a change of management. Now managed through the owner of the property. A country living experience! take a breath, listen to the birds, bond with your family, enjoy the slower paced life and forget your worries. This property was made by hand with love. It's been the centre point of our family's memories, and we hope it can be for you too. Areas close by ~ Normanville beach - 7km ~ Normanville shops - 6km ~ Links Lady bay golf course and restaurant- 4.5km.
I am currently living interstate and working closely with my father to give you the best experience. I work full time in the Australian Army and reside in the lovely Townsville. We are both passionate about sharing this way of living and sharing our beautiful family home with you all. Giving back to the ones who give to us. Friendly neighbours all living a country lifestyle with little to no fences between houses. Eighteenontonto is just a short drive to Yankalilla, Normanville and Victor Harbour. The surrounding area offers scenic walks and drives. The beautiful Ingalalla falls 3.8km away, The Links lady bay golf course 4.4km. Normanville beach 6.9km. I would recommend a car to explore and get around.
