Enjoy Darwin living in this elevated home which is open and airy with full louvers all around. Large deck overlooking pool and yard surrounded with tropical garden's. House is fully Air conditioned. Fully secure property with electric gate and parking for 3 + vehicles. Salt water pool and plenty of yard space to enjoy the outdoors + kids play areas. We are perfectly situated only a few minutes from the Airport, Beaches, 10 mins to Darwin CBD, Mindil Markets, V8's, Turf Club+ more
Across the road you will find amazing Indian restaurant- Saffron. Delicious Greek Bakery. Fish & Chip/ Takeaway GYM - Fitness works. Park close by for kids. Charles Darwin University a short stroll through the park .. just a few minutes walk. Short ride or drive to beaches (Casuarina Beach ,Dripstone cliffs or Nightcliff) and Casuarina Square (Darwin’s main shopping complex) Many supermarkets within 5 min drive. Main bus routes run close by to the house. Beaches just a few minutes drive away. Major shopping complex a few minutes drive away.
