The property is a 10-minute walk to the City Centre and Launceston Aquatic Centre, we are adjacent to Coles and Kmart. We offer Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. A fee applies for additional guests' cars and this is subject to availability. We offer mid stay room servicing for booking of 5 nights or more. Reception Hours: Low Season 1st May to 31st October 9.00am – 5.00pm (7 days a week) High Season 1st November to 30th April Monday to Friday : 8.00am – 7.00pm Saturday & Sunday 9.00am – 6.00pm Reception is closed on public holidays. LATE ARRIVALS AFTER RECPETION HOURS For check-in's after reception closes and on public holidays, guests are required to contact the property to arrange for the registration paperwork to be sent to you no later than 10am the day of arrival. Photo Identification, a valid credit card and payment in full are required otherwise a fee may apply. Please note most of our Queen motel rooms are located on the first floor, ground floor rooms are limited and available on request. If you are booking the 2 bedroom UPSTAIRS apartment, this apartment type has an Internal Staircase and may not be suitable for guests with health or mobility issues, and for those who may not be able to negotiate stairs. None of our Standard Queen Rooms or 2-Bedroom Apartments have an oven or stove top or washing machine. The 3 bedroom apartments are spread over two levels - downstairs are the living areas and upstairs are the bedrooms. This apartment type comes with a full kitchen, a private courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities.

Elphin Serviced Apartments are located in the leafy suburb of East Launceston. Beautiful art-deco homes line the Elphin Road strip. The area is popular for those early morning walks or late afternoon strolls. We are a short 5-minute walk from City Park the home of many of Launceston's events and festivals. We have a small shopping center directly across the road with a 24-hour Kmart, newsagent, butcher, bottleshop, cafe, and chemist as well as Coles supermarket which trades from 8.00 am - 10.00m daily.
