The roads and this property are subject to flooding in the most serious of storms please be aware and book this place at your own responsibility. Central Coast & Newcastle train line nearby, train noise is to be expected hourly day and night As there are people living in the unit above with whom you are sharing the backyard, some daytime noises such as a runnings washing machine can be heard in the unit.
