Ideally located between the yacht club, boat ramp/jetty and Inverloch’s vibrant town centre, this townhouse is perfectly positioned for a relaxing coastal getaway. Linen not included. Welcome to the perfect beach front townhouse, perfectly positioned in one of Inverloch’s most sought after locations. Just a short stroll to vibrant shops, cafés and restaurants, yet tucked away far enough to enjoy peace and privacy in your own backyard. Downstairs features two of the three spacious bedrooms, both fitted with ceiling fans for year round comfort. The master bedroom boasts a wall-mounted TV, walk-in robe (WIR) and direct access to a stylish semi ensuite. The laundry with a front loading washing machine and clothes dryer is also located here, with convenient access to the ensuite. Upstairs opens to a bright and modern open plan kitchen and living area, complete with reverse cycle heating and cooling. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas cooking and a pod coffee machine. The third bedroom is located just off the lounge, also with a ceiling fan and a second bathroom is easily accessible from the dining area. Two verandas facing north and south let you chase the sun or find shade, depending on the season. The fully enclosed backyard offers a cozy firepit, a picnic table for outdoor dining, a refreshing outdoor shower and a spacious grassy area perfect for relaxing or play.
