The contemporary design ushers in elements of the outdoors into the luxurious indoor space. The house is in a stunning waterfront location, complete with infinity pool and private jetty. Please also note that due to the high standards of this beautiful home, party groups are not accepted, smoking inside is not permitted. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. How is the property laid out? The Estuary House is on one level, and steps down through the pool area to a good sized lawn that extends to the water's edge. The layout is open plan in the living areas, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all in one wing - making the house compact yet spacious at the same time.

Neighbourhood information

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
