Property information

Eumundi Guesthouse is a little piece of heaven sitting in the Noosa countryside. We have magnificent views and sunsets. We take great effort to ensure our guests have very comfortable beds and we serve full, local produce breakfasts. We are happy to offer detailed local and regional knowledge about what makes our part of the world so special and unique. Come and enjoy our service, the privacy we offer and make yourself at home. In terms of sustainability we aim to minimise our carbon footprint, to be as self-sufficient as possible and to support local growers, makers, businesses and artists. Wherever possible we aim to buy and employ locally. We operate a 15kw solar panel array with preferential on-site power use, site-wide rainwater storage with 20/1 micron filtration and ultraviolet sterilisation, 15 person advanced wastewater treatment, extensive use of recycled building materials including two class 1A dwellings (1900 farm cottage and converted engineering project dongas), low-chlorine drinking water style pool and use of dam water for plant irrigation. The Retreat Cottage is donated to artists for around 6 weeks annually to support their creative growth

We are walking distance from the Eumundi Markets and 20 minutes to some of the best beaches in the world. So much to see and do within 20 minutes in all directions.

Please note Eumundi Guesthouse is located on the corner of Eumundi Range Road and Finley Road. You can enter the property from the driveway off Finley Road. At the driveway entrance you will see a light on the entrance pole, the sign on the fence and planter boxes. Drive down the driveway to the left.

Parking is available in the carport and in the new overflow parking area to the left at the bottom of the driveway.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
