The Cottage is a cosy 2-bedroom retreat set on 15 peaceful acres with vineyard views, perfect for a relaxing country escape. Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire home, with opportunities to interact with friendly farm animals, hand-feed sheep, collect fresh eggs free. (If you would like to have them fresh for brekky, they are available for purchase). Sheep feed and fire wood available for purchase. Please let us know in advance to prepare them for you. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, wood heater, split system heating/cooling in lounge and bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs with Netflix. There’s also a BBQ area, children’s playground, and outdoor bikes and scooters for kids. A portacot and additional mattresses are available for extra guests. From October to April, guests can enjoy complimentary fruit picking (small container) with extra fruit available at discounted rates. Located just 35 km from Melbourne CBD and 18 minutes from Melbourne Airport, with easy freeway access to shops and amenities. The hosts live nearby in a separate dwelling on the same property but respect your privacy. Please note: Please use only the beds needed for your stay to help us reduce laundry. For example, 2 guests should use 1 bed and leave others unused. Note: A friendly farm dog roams freely; please advise if you prefer him leashed during your stay. No pets allowed! Special Offer – December 2025 & January 2025 We offer discounted rates for long stays (2 months) during December and January. In return, we kindly ask guests to help with light farm duties such as feeding the animals and collecting eggs — a great way to experience the farm lifestyle. Please reach out for details.
