Beautifully finished federation style home with all modern conveniences. Right in town, 2 blocks from the lake & 5 blocks from the shops.
Enjoy your time in country Victoria by the pool or in the BBQ area & retreat inside when it gets too hot to a fully air-conditioned house with ceiling fans & bay windows (for a good read).
In winter there is ducted heating throughout & an open gas fireplace in the lounge.
The house has 3 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
My wife & I live in Melbourne but grew up in Shepparton. We recently purchased a house in Yarawonga that is something special & we are looking at sharing the house between ourselves & guests.
We are pretty easy going & have done lots of travelling ourselves, so we have a good idea about what makes a holiday home special. We hope to use that knowledge & experience with our listing on Airbnb.
