Well located, air-conditioned, 3 bedroom family holiday home. A level 300m walk to Country Club or 500m walk down to the beach, town centre, shops and restaurants. Freshly renovated with polished timber floors and tiles throughout. Modern kitchen, flat screen TV, DVD player and laundry with washer and dryer. Plenty of room to park a boat out the front. Rear yard for the kids to throw a ball or have a game. Brand new fantastic enclosed and screened outdoor entertaining area with gas BBQ, lounge suite and large outdoor setting, the perfect place to lounge around and relax in the evening after spending the day at one of our fabulous beaches. Off street parking only.
Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
