This holiday home has been carefully renovated over the past 4 years, styled to blend into the hillside. We are on the only private road in Seventeen Seventy sitting at the top of the road overlooking Bustard Bay sunsets every day. We love it here and love our little town! We want nothing more than to make your stay in our community a perfect one!
James (39) first arrived in Agnes Water in 2009, working as a dive instructor on Lady Musgrave Island. James lives on his yacht in the creek, has been renovating the home between groups for the past 4 years. James knows all the local secrets and is always happy to have a chat about your planned adventures to 1770!
This is the only private road in Seventeen Seventy, its a very quiet and tranquil area, surrounded by lush tropical bushland of the Joseph Banks Reserve. Our neighbours are mostly kangaroos, iguanas, echidnas, and a huge variety of birds, butterflies and beautiful native plants. All our neighbours are super friendly!
