The main bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and TV, alongside a bathroom and convenient European laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, a second living area with TV provides extra space, along with two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two sets of bunks, perfect for kids. Split-system heating and cooling in both living areas ensures year-round comfort. Additional benefits include free Wi-Fi and a double lock-up garage. Experience the best of Phillip Island living in this spacious, family-friendly home. *Please note that linen is included when booking this property* A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage.
