Ideally located in the heart of town and a short walk to most attractions, it is a comfortable, spacious, upmarket apartment that represents excellent value for money. It is the perfect getaway for couples or business clients. Free reliable NBN Wi-Fi and parking are part of the package. The apartment consists of a spacious and comfortable studio room with a separate bathroom. Facilities include a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, 2 leather recliner chairs, a king bed, a 65 smart TV, and a business desk with hi-speed unlimited internet connection. Split air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity, front load washing machine, and wash trough. Safety features include a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket, and a basic first aid kit. A bbq, table and chairs are available outside the unit for alfresco dining. For accompanying babies and infants, a porta cot and high chair are available on request. Secure parking for a vehicle and boat is available in front of the apartment.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required in advance. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. The taxi service caters for general transport needs, however a visit to the scenic Cape Range N.P and the many beautiful beaches will require a private vehicle or joining a day tour. Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year; we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, as early as possible to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes, and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
